What we collect, and what we do not
Short version: page addresses and where you came from, only if you allow it, and only so that a conversation does not start from a blank sheet. Nothing is sold and nothing leaves us.
Last changed 14 August 2026.
Who we are
Bazison is an automation agency. This site is the international side of it, run by a Malaysian company. The Russian-language site at bazison.com is operated separately and has its own terms.
Questions about anything on this page go to hello@bazison.com and are answered by a person.
What the site records
If you allow it: the addresses of pages you open, how long you stay on each, and where you arrived from — a search engine, a link, or an advertising tag in the address. Alongside that a random identifier is kept in your browser so those page views can be recognised as one visit.
That identifier is a random string. It is not a cookie, it is not built from your device, and it cannot be matched to you anywhere else.
We do not record your name, your email address or your IP address as part of this. There is no advertising network on this site and no third-party analytics.
What happens if you decline
Nothing is written and nothing is sent. The only thing stored is the fact that you declined, so that you are not asked again on every page.
The site works exactly the same either way. Declining costs you nothing.
What you send us yourself
If you fill in the brief or write to us, we keep what you wrote: the description of your task, and the name and contact you chose to give. That is the point of writing, and there is no way around it.
If you had allowed page tracking before writing, the two are linked, so that we can see what you were reading before you got in touch. If you had declined, there is nothing to link and the enquiry stands alone.
Where it is kept and for how long
Page-visit records live in our own cabinet for this side of the agency, at my.bazison.com. They are not shared with anyone and are deleted after twelve months.
What you send in a brief is kept while we are talking, and for two years after the last exchange — long enough to pick a conversation back up, not long enough to be an archive.
Nothing is sold, rented or handed to advertisers. If that ever changes this page changes first, and it will say so plainly.
Changing your mind
Clearing your browser storage for this site removes the identifier and everything attached to it on your side; new visits start from nothing.
To have what we hold on our side deleted, write to hello@bazison.com from the address you contacted us with, or tell us in the same thread. We do it and confirm when it is done — there is no form and no waiting period.
If we add analytics later
We are likely to add a visitor counter at some point, because advertising without one is spending blind. When that happens it will be listed here by name before it is switched on, and it will be covered by the same choice you make on the banner.
Today there is none. If this paragraph still says that and you can see a third-party counter in your browser, we have made a mistake — tell us.
