We are on the booking platforms and cannot leave them.

You should not leave them. The point is to stop paying commission on guests who would have come back anyway — those are the ones we move to direct.

Six rooms. Is this not too much system for us?

Six rooms is the size where a chart in a notebook still works right up until the day it does not. This is our most common size of launch.

Who answers guests at night?

You do, or a bot if you want one. We do not pretend a bot is a person, and we do not switch off the option of reaching one.
