A system for a bakery or a patisserie

A storefront with a cake builder and delivery to an exact hour, and a back office where the order walks itself into tomorrow's baking plan.

Sound familiar?

What usually hurts

  • Orders arrive in messages and live in somebody's memory
  • The baking plan is written at night from a pile of screenshots
  • A custom cake is priced by feel and sometimes at a loss
  • «Gluten free?» is answered in chat, again, for the fortieth time
How we solve it

Three steps to launch

  1. 1
We open the storefront with a builder

The customer assembles the cake themselves and sees the price change as they do. Fewer conversations, and no order without the details you need.

  2. 2
We turn orders into a plan

Accepted orders assemble tomorrow's baking list by themselves, grouped by what shares an oven and a batch of dough.

  3. 3
    We connect ingredients and cost

Each item knows what it is made from. A custom order gets priced from the recipe rather than from a feeling about how difficult it looked.

What it is made of

Not a bot and not one program

The system is assembled from platform modules for your business specifically. Below is a typical set: we drop what you don't need and build what is missing.

  • Storefront with a builder: shape, weight, filling, decoration
  • Orders to a date and an hour, not «sometime Friday»
  • Baking plan assembled from the orders themselves
  • Allergens and diets filtering the storefront
  • Ingredients and the true cost of each item
  • Prepayment and the deposit rules you choose
Not just words

See how it works

The back office for this niche is open from a link. It counts for real: do something and you will see the consequence.

Cost

What this costs

A range, not an exact price: the final number depends on how much has to be carried over from how you work today.

from $2,400 to set up · from $180 a month

After that comes support at one of three levels. We will go through it on the first call, with no obligation.

Questions

What people ask most

Most of our orders come through messengers. Will people move?

Part of them will, not all. The storefront is worth it for the ones who would otherwise have needed four messages to place one order.

We have one baker and no computer in the kitchen.

The plan opens on a phone. Nothing needs to be installed in the kitchen, and nothing needs a keyboard with flour on it.

Can we take a deposit?

Yes, and for custom cakes it is worth it. What size of deposit stops no-shows without scaring people off we work out from your own numbers.
